Dr. De Ridder prescribed oxytocin so you can handle your "T" better, right? He won't lower the volume, from what I realized in his interview, everything that exists now is to better deal with the T we already have.
Christiaan
@PortugalTheMan ey man, did Dr De Ridder mention this anywhere in the interview? I can't find any reference to it. But I had a Zoom meeting with him earlier today, and he said that he thinks it might help with lowering T in a subgroup of tinnitus sufferers (who generally have low oxytocin levels)
Damocles
He's just handing out Oxytocin like candy so we'll all fall in love with him.

If he starts asking you to do his laundry @Christiaan, discontinue immediately!
Christiaan
@Damocles Shit! It's too late. I'm already mesmerized by Dr. ♡ & his oxytocin candy. Must....resist... temptation... of ...Oxytocin Intranasal Spray
Kriszti
Did you get your oxytocin level tested to check whether it's low? Are you planning to?
kingsfan

@Christiaan hey there! How would we know if we had low levels?
Guywithapug
Hoping the best outcome for you!

Ey @Kriszti & @twa it's seems that a simple blood work study is enough to indicate the level of Oxytocin in your body. Anyway, I didn't go down that road to obtain the ♡ hormone

However, the medicine is often prescribed for people with (temporally) low levels of Oxytocin, such as pregnant women, women with postpartum depression (though clinically mixed results) and those on the Autism Spectrum. Guess to which group I belong;P Even though I'm considered a mild case (mainly hypersensitivity issues), I am lucky enough to play the autism card to get a hold on a hard to get medicine like this one
Damocles
Don't listen to anything @Christiaan is saying @twa; it's pseudo-science!

Your Oxytocin levels are measured by how long you've been single and soul crushingly alone. REAL Science! (•̀ᴗ•́)൬༉
