I've never tried valerian. Saving it for that moment when nothing seems to work. Like tonight.

@aura Xanax before Mirtazapine? I would think Mirtazapine was way less risky or dangerous than Xanax
@danielthor just for 1-2 days. If Xanax doesn't calm me down, i choose Mirtazapine to knock me out.
