But I have to say that Oxytocin DOES work. It was really hard in the beginning (e.g. mood swings), but eventually I noticed a difference in T after 5 days or so. I'll write a bit more in detail on the Oxy thread in a couple of days.

@Christiaan I've done several tests and the food, although I don't eat with much salt, doesn't give me spikes.

@Christiaan what kind of progress have you made? Was it on a mental level, or did something change regarding the volume and number of tones of the T?

Hey @Christiaan, I did a quick search online and saw that Oxy can cause this, especially if taken in too high a dosage.

If it were me, I'd be inclined to discontinue and talk it through with my regular GP before starting again. But I get if it's working for you, you may be reluctant to do that.

That said, if it happens again, then please do the above.
