@Nadia231 Don't have them myself, but Peltors X5A is pretty recommended across the forum.

I have the 3M peltors. The difference between those and regular muffs are pretty huge

I have a Peltor X5A. I'm not sure about flying, but for chores it's pretty good. Only downside that it's very bulky and looks horrible. I also have a Peltor Optime II, it looks more like a headphone (but bigger), so when my ears are fed up with earplugs, I use them for walks, shopping and so on, and this one is foldable, takes up lot less room in my bag, so I carry them pretty much everywhere.
