I notice when I stand up really quick I become deaf for a second or two and the T becomes piercing. It's scary
Nadia231
Light-headed, like disassociated from myself but just for a few seconds... I don't know...

@Nadia231 The feeling of going deaf with fleeting tinnitus is very common(but scary). I experience it often

@danielthor Sometimes when I stand up really quickly my blood pressure drops and I almost faint. The tinnitus usually goes silent for a second, but that's likely due to going partially unconcsious, like when we drift off to sleep and the tinnius fades away. Scary nonetheless.

Maybe light-headed is not the best word... It's more like my head feels like in a bubble or underwater for just a second, and then the sharp fleeting T kicks in

I don't get the thing you're describing @Nadia231, but I highly doubt it's anything to be concerned about.

It's very common to become highly neurotic after developing tinnitus, and self-monitor/analyse to a detrimental degree.

Try not to worry (unless you start randomly passing out places or something).
