@Shelbylynn I used retinol and I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but the next day I woke up with 8/10 T, when the day before it was at a 1/10. I never touched it again. Also, I hadn't gone anywhere or done anything else to give me a spike. The only thing I had done/used differently that day, was apply retinol cream to my face.

@Steph1710 so strange. As with all things tinnitus related my internet scouring of anecdotal experiences has led to a 50/50. Some people suspect it bothers, some it didn't change. So far mine is same
