It slowly ramped up as expected. A really loud bomb outside my house got me worried. It was damn loud even at a long range. I feel H was immediately affected.

There's nothing like a real good morning reset! Sadly, I don't get them as much anymore. I think it's due to the reactivity/hyperacusis.
Yes, but it only lasted an hour. Now I have a setback with H after this fucking bomb.
@Freerunner I joined the club. A firecracker exploded when i was walking tonight with my husband. I also had half an hour of silence in the morning. Now it't all gone.
I think I stopped having morning resets when I began sleeping with hearing protection.
