Now tinnitus spikes for long even after a brief talk. I cannot accept this faith. Everyone has been supporting me on the forum which I am more than grateful for. I know time is the best medicine but I feel I got to the point where time will not help at all with my injured ears. I am 10 times worse since my onset. My onset symptoms seemed so distressing but now I see them as heaven compared to now.

I was in the exact same boat, worsening from every exposure, couldn't eat without severe suicide-level spikes, and then it turned around unexpectingly
@danielthor was your h kike that from the beginning? Because my was okay at start to the point where I was outside and could to almost everything with plugs. Now I cant bear my own voice and my ears hurt/burn. Did you have pain? How is your tinnitus now? I am soooo afraid and have panic attacks constantly. This is crippling me. At least I was able to socialize a bit before....
