Sure yes the relief from PRP/Prolo is permanent. It regenerates damaged connective tissue which gets to the root of the pain for a lot of people.

I have spinal injuries throughout my spine but most people only need 3 injections or so to greatly reduce pain and restore functionality. It improved my pain by 80% when I was on the verge of becoming disabled

Wow, complete game changer then. I will need to look into this. I am struggling with an autoimmune condition, the intense inflammation comes and goes, but my knees are permanently damaged. Its nice to know that there is something out there that may help (without negatively impacting my tinnitus). I am trying to grin a bare it because I don't want to use NSAID's.

Thanks for mentioning it.

@makeyourownluck Oh goodness yes do u have RA? PRP restores the lost cartilage/tendons in joints so it's ideal for joints like knees. If u get a chance please look into it. It is out of pocket but each treatment should be less than $800 and only be 3 or so treatments and then u have a permanent recovery unless ur AI disease destroys any further tissue.

It has been a godsend for me. Just wish it was the first option I tried decades ago instead of the last option. I am functional now where I was almost disabled 5 yrs ago except for this damn T. @makeyourownluck

I cannot tell u the 10s of thousands of dollars I threw away on garbage epidurals, PT, etc with conventional medicine. Def enough for a down payment on a home. Can't believe I've been cursed twice w/ T but chronic pain is something that has a cure for most-regenerative medicine. @makeyourownluck

I have Lupus and APS. It's terrible that my doctors have not even mention this. Here in the UK it's only £550 for 3 shots and a consultation. I just qualified for disability so will be redirecting these new funds into potential treatments.

I know what you mean about having to get into a terrible state before you get the right treatment. I've lost years to this. My daughter has only ever known me a 'sick'. It's good to feel like I have an viable option that may help resolve some of the pain.

I've read a few of your post, and your tinnitus sounds terrible. I 'only' have moderate tinnitus with some sound sensitivity. While it's not nice, it's nothing in comparison to what some members are going through. I think for me personally, tinnitus is the symptom that just tipped me over the edge. It's just too much to deal with all at once.
