Took me 4-6 months to somewhat habituate to my high-pitch T. Enough time to get over the initial shock and accept it was here to stay.
That's great to hear, I'm suffering severe panic constantly 2 mo in. Did that start to ease up mo 3-6 for u? Or did u not have much anxiety at all? @BrOKeN_1
