Ears take a really long time to heal

One minute my life was perfect the next im in hell. Constant ringing cant sleep unfocused no answers all im getting from my ent is it gets better. I dont know where the pain comes from why some days i feel im better the next back in hell. People blame my anxiety, i feel i cant talk about it no more. My hope is that a hearing aid can give me back what ever i lost

Answers like what is going on inside my ear ?Is it trying to open ? The pain, is it from aggrivation? The dullness and numb feeling is that permanent hearing loss? HELP…

Not hearing loss. It's healing. My ears are still healing, I get numbness still just like you. Biggest thing that helped me was full night's sleep. Were you giving anything to help with sleep or anxiety?

@Rockman no nothing for sleep or anxiety, i need something though. What do you recommend? How long have you been healing?

I take melotonin. It's been over a year for me. But I have hyperacusis. That's where all my problems are. There's good chance if you protect your ears within 3 months you will feel a lot better.
