Maybe a bit personal, but would you say a few words to describe why you have PTSD? I have it twice from abysmal abuse from my mother and because of a very convoluted case in 2012 that included lawyers and the police... not very pleasant.
Oomph, that's a tough nut to crack. I've not been diagnosed with PTSD until I got severe tinnitus (in 2020). What is probably worth mentioning, is that I also suffer from general anxiety disorder. It has been stuck to me since I was a young lad. It's not that I always had panic attacks (seldom) but I generally avoid conflicts with other people and never watch horror films or play games for that matter.
