@Wrfortiscue im so scared .. she did it a few times too cause she couldn't get it my ears are so bad now its made the echoish bells Louder i use to be able to mask them hardly heard them unless in quiet space or watching tv .. i dont know what my spikes sound like so it maybe a spike i hope pray i took 1000 MG NAC at once how much do people take and how many times a day

I was just starting to cope with tinnitus at a moderate level
Allow some time for the spike to go down
I do have predisone 4 50 mg predisone but hoping its a spike its just a loud echo wawawawwawa i dont rememer it ever going this loud i could mask it with level one before its a bunch of echoing bells buzzs
Yeah my spikes make any or all of my 5 tones louder or go haywire. Beeps boop sizzling pulsating ringing electrical sawing etc. some nights I can knock out with it going crazy lol
Take NAC magnesium and hopefully it subsides soon.
