It's a 1. But I honestly don't know how I'm going to make it through the end of this month. This visual symptom where my vision never stops spinning and makes me feel like I can't see is a nightmare
@Uklawyer so funny you mention that as it's been 2 weeks of MDing. This afternoon was the first day I've had some relief with my eyes in feeling like they are working together (hard to explain) which stopped my severe eye strain and 80% of the cog fog that goes with it.
@Uklawyer i was discussing this at length w/ another TBI survivor who's protocol i am following and my supplier who's very knowledgeable. I'm hoping this trend continues as they both had told me I should notice something after the first couple weeks. The Survivor is fully recovered from 3 TBIs Visually and cognitively
If anyone is wondering what I'm experiencing, it's like a home video where everything in the background is moving and unsteady, but worse. Add in your eyes being severely strained and focusing in and out which makes u unable to focus on anything for more than a couple seconds at a time. It's a severe focusing and teaming problem.
@wfortiscue I now totally understand this. I remember cursing myself when I had Tinnitus because I remember telling myself "at least it's not my eyes" because I always knew I could never handle anything that affected my vision. Tragic irony, never knew this evil existed.
Hey Dear @DebInAustralia did I miss any questions from you? Not sure if I did but I am still taking the LDN. A this point I think it's been crucial in stopping the progression of what I've just been assessed with which is Vestibular hypofunction. I will be on this for as long as life allows.I definitely noticed an increase in my T off of it.
@IntotheBlue03 I don't know about Menières, but endolymphatic hydrops is a general term for increased hydraulic pressure in the endolymphatic system. And yes, it's an inner ear disorder that involves balance, vision and hearing.
