Mine sounds similar when all my tones are spiked. It usually comes down after a day or 2 for me

Think its new acoustic trauma from reflex test Thursday i just keep praying it gets betterm.. or maybe to much low noise for my ears i mask with the Window AC and fan and crickets
Those ENTS have damaged people with that damn test smh they will also say it's safe, I know because I've asked
Mine was made worse from Acoustic Reflex test. I've tried to warn everyone I can.
