@Steph1710 has them I think. I get them when extremely spiked or ears fatigued. My guess it's just intermittent high frequency tinnitus

@AbeS yes! I have had this bird chirp since August last year. It does come and go but it's the most annoying out of all my tones. It's really bad atm because I've had covid. And yeah, it sounds exactly like the birds outside. How long you had it?

@Exit sometimes I feel like they do. I had reactive tinnitus last night. Was so annoying. Every time I tried to watch something, it ramped up the volume. :-/

Well I think it's already stuck around. It's been pretty consistent for well over a month. Though for some reason, when I was in the grips of Covid last week, that tone disappeared. Back with a vengeance now - with reactivity! Yay! xx
