I hear my hissing over the TV now. I haven't noticed it till i read this. You will relax again. It just takes time...

only hearing in quiet like some lucky people or silence again! But just hearing in quiet I'd be effing happy with at this point lol

@LostinTX 14 months here. And this is my second time. It takes quite some time to get used to it.

always heard mine but could ignore it. cant ignore it anymore though =(

All Day.. Every Day. Only if I get super duper distracted does my brain even stop thinking about T. It can be tiring for sure.. I used to think habituation meant being able to completely ignore it. At least the Fight or Flight is mostly gone with depression managed. Only in quite room T would be nice.
