im in the exactly same situation, as ist @Geo and @Telis Im not sure but maybe your nervous system is so irritated that youre in vicious circle, flipping out all the time and that leads to new sounds...hard to say.
I know your pain...when my T is in full swing I count about 8 sounds. alle came within a year, but most of them are probably due to wrong antideprassants
