As I told @Marshall once before, Tinnitus is a very chaotic condition. There's no system or anything like that. No pattern to follow.

@Barry098 I've actually seen a pattern of a period of milder tinnitus following louder sound exposure, has happened a few times over the last year. Unfortunately, it's a roll of dice since it has equally, if not greater, chance of instead getting worse lol.

I've had that from sudden loud noises. T got better but, Made up for it later

I had a similar experience after being in a loud restaurant this week for 2 hours (75-83db measured by Apple Watch).
