Only thing that can mask mine is a dentist drill, but hard to quantify what that means in terms out loud

Mine is normally quiet enough to be background noise. It's horrid when I try to sleep or when it's quiet indoors.

@AfroSnowman I'm sorry. I feel ya. I was improving for a while but yesterday could hear over bath water running and outside taking kids to pool. I did SGB block past Friday and scared it made me worse.

@ThomasF I wish my T would get to that level, but it's been 18 months 24/7. How long have you had T?

@LostinTX Yeah mine's been basically the same from the moment of onset so at least I as used to it by now

@LostinTX I believe I've had T since I was young about 5 years old perhaps. Getting regular putrid ear infections probably started some hearing loss early on. However I had a spike in October 2021 which was severe enough to make the noise impossible to ignore. I still have no testable hearing loss but live with T nonetheless.
