Depends on the person. Mine lasted a month or so. some just weeks others a very long time

@Wrfortiscue thanks. this is the first time I have really had that feeling since I first got t almost 3 years ago. I think I am stressed also so my jaw is completely painful as well as behind my ears near my throat. I don't have any spike YET but just odd feeling in my ears.
