sakrt
Have something like this. Have mix of autophony, hyperacusis which immediately ramps up reactive T.
Flowergirl
Yes I had it then the T ramped up. It's bad today
sakrt
Weird weather barometric pressure is up/down/up/down a/t moment which IS one of the factors that affects my ear equilibrium, and T. like muscle/fullness compression. Same on your end?
Flowergirl
@sakrt funny that it's the exact same for me, I keep knowing weather changes has a lot to do with it. When I used to have migraines a pharmacist said I have 'weather head' it triggered them for sure. Ty for replying. I'm so glad to have someone who can relate. I started to take a bit of benedryl but will wait til bedtime . What about u?
sakrt
@Flowergirl Taken allergy meds. for years. Drowsy Benedryl seems ok for nighttime, but this seems to have become more difficult due to climate change? Idk. At times, it feels I require a customized space helmet like Darth Vader. How romantic!
sakrt
@Flowergirl Thought again...would mind being Darth Vader at times lol!
Flowergirl
@sakrt. I agree with climate change but either way you said "mix of autophony, hyperacusis which immediately ramps up reactive T" I'm going to pay more attn to. Not that it would lead to some great breakthrough but just mentally prepare myself.
Flowergirl
My Darth Vader helmet is stuffing cotton in my ears & wearing a hoodie tied tight. But not in this heat. Problem is, can't block the freeking high pitched scream inside my head :-l
Flowergirl
@sakrt I've had quite a few of the days you call autophony when I can throw my voice to inside my head.
sakrt
It's an alien concept like T/H in the medical field. Sound bounces, booms around inside my head which immediately ramps up reactive T. Torment. Relieves me so much when you said that...to be understood a bit. Thank you
Flowergirl
@sakrt I only get one bass note it's crzy. I go 'hmm' then it's like 'hmm' inside my head. Still trying to figure out how the T changes from that. Yes I'm glad somebody understands what I mean. You're the one who identified it to me. Thank you.
Flowergirl
Most times the T is localized on one side of my head. Sometimes it's like my whole brain is lit up. I can visualize synapses firing off all over.
Flowergirl
@sakrt you mentioned somatic that would be the neck injury from wreck I think? Just now doing more research I read blockage in carotid artery might cause T. I have hi BP and plaque. You know what I'm making myself sick again trying to figure it out. Take good care.
