@MaxRabbit Just take it easy for now. Most if not all recommendations from doctors are trash and can make you worse. I know it's hard to accept but doctors really can't help, except maybe with prescriptions or something like that.

@MaxRabbit please hang in there! If needed seek therapy get some meds. I find meds have kept me above ground for 32 years.
You are in Russia? Im in the US and the ENT isnt until Aug, I dont even know if Ill make it until then. If I do, I might be able to get referral to the audiology/tinnitus research dept.at UCI Med. But I highly doubt that will happen,
