@MaxRabbit Just take it easy for now. Most if not all recommendations from doctors are trash and can make you worse. I know it's hard to accept but doctors really can't help, except maybe with prescriptions or something like that.

You are in Russia? Im in the US and the ENT isnt until Aug, I dont even know if Ill make it until then. If I do, I might be able to get referral to the audiology/tinnitus research dept.at UCI Med. But I highly doubt that will happen,
