It's probably idiopathic, like mine. I'm 28 and I've been a musician playing gigs, headphones and all that. Thing is mine came at least 1 and half years after my last loud music exposure. So yeah have tests for balance, see if they can find any unsteadiness or so. They told me it's an inherited pathology to my inner ears affecting slightly my balance. No hearing loss tho, but still probs the cause of my tinnitus.
