Really enjoyed biking in the windy autumn weather today. Mostly masked my louder tinnitus. :thumbs up:
Spent most of the day in noisy environments (traffic, kids, etc.) and it made me much more tired than usual plus T is pretty annoying.
I don't want to jinx it but today there were a couple of 30 minute periods where I didn't notice and didn't think about it.
When I wake up in the morning, it's still the first thing I hear
On the bright side, I get out of bed real fast to put the kettle on 
Have had some better days with easier concentration at work & at home. Evenings and nights are tricky for me (major worries and thinking).
Had a pretty good and optimistic day going about my business at work and visiting family. Now it's bedtime … aaand I'm struggling again.
Woke up only twice last night and this morning was somewhat peaceful for me. Tinnitus still louder than ever before though.
Headache's gone, yay! --- but I still woke up 4 times last night and was semi-freaking out about the increased level of my tinnitus.
Oh boy, it was a difficult night sleeping — and the headache didn't make it easier.
Today, I'm seeing some of my best old friends. Looking forward to that and maybe it'll make me forget my increased tinnitus for a while!
Taking a walk and maybe getting an ice cream.
I'm a bit worried about increased tinnitus and different feeling in my right ear. Keeping my hopes up, though. -
