I'm using Edifier bookshelf speakers, good sound quality and they're fine on the ears (except for my one missing high frequency)

@TheCapybara do you know what frequency you are missing? Have you had an extended hearing test done?

@Strawberryblonde I have no idea which one it is exactly, it wasnt something that came up on the regular hearing test. Do you know about yours?

I have a normal range audiogram up to 8khz (posted it on a audiogram results thread) but for anything over that I'm not too sure. I assume I have some missing somewhere.
