Yes. I discontinued normal-dose Naltrexone (50 mg) in May of this year and used the remainder of my presciption as LDN (4.5 mg, compounded myself). I found another doctor to prescribe LDN and intend to take it for life. It is the only antidepressant that has ever worked for me. I'm down to 195 pounds (from 225).
