How slow are you tapering? And how long were you on the medication if you don't mind me asking? Benzo tapers have to be done very slowly as I'm sure you know. Although I've been able to go on and off them for years without any issues with my tinnitus. I would like to taper again but I've had a spike and I can't do it right now.

Hi, right now I am micro tapering .005 per day. Unfortunately I cold turkey in 2020 after 4 years of .5 mg use, and when I reinstated due to a very small Spike, I got all these horrible electrical screeching noises. I didn't connect the two until months later when I just kept getting worse and worse. Since Jan.
