Hi @Safari1999 , I plan on making another post in a couple of months, but I started to realize through nerve tingling that a lot of this has to do with neurology and anxiety. I strongly believe that meditation and working on anxiety management has helped me the most. It's a lot of work, but there's a lot you can do!
@Safari1999 also, it takes a LOT of discipline but make sure that you get a good night of sleep, keep sodium intake reasonable, and consume as little sugar and caffeine as possible!
@CJCP thanks for the tips. i struggle with my sleep a lot and with anxiety so i guess this is a good opportunity to work on that. how did you develop this?
