I have severe severe tinnitus I can hear it over everything and I got to the habituation, took a while. I did it by sitting down working with no sound and listen to my Tinnitus and making friends with it and the mind put it behind by itself.
@NYCGuy, I am trying to do this a little each day. Then I add some sound when I can't take it anymore.
