On Monday night I went to a ballet - it was a sound system did not really seem over loud and I sat at that back - but within 2 minutes my T ramped up - I put foam earplugs in for the rest of it. I hope that 2 minutes is not the reason I am experiencing a prolonged spike.
I don't know - the hiss has turned into a high pitched resonant whine. It was ok tue wed and thur after the ballet - but since friday it has changed to a level where it is starting to become a problem.
Sorry to hear that @Stuart-T. The ballet may have just been a coincidence when it comes to a change of pitch. T is a strange one, I get high pitches that flip ears and an intermittent morse code. I just crank up the background noise and keep occupied.
Well - if it is here to stay I will have to habituate to it just like I did my previous baseline. I will probably start experimenting with cutting out sugar caffeine etc.
