Lexapro & Xanax (and caffeine + nicotine in the morning). I only smoke since I wake up at 3am and it's the only thing that helps me get back to bed.
Ahh yes. I remember my Ativan really helped lower the volume/my perception. Haven't taken one in awhile, but have them just incase.
