How is the humming? Still there?
Yes, it's still there. So I have three tinnitus sounds, but it's the high pitch in my left ear that is debilitating, the other ones I can mange with. But maybe it's also the combo of the hum and the high pitch that makes things feel like a laser is going through the head. Makes for a brain foggy sensation.
Is your hum in the head or ear? I See a lot of people here where the hum went away. Mine feels like something is vibrating at around 100hz.
It's in the head. Not sure about the Hz but think mine could be at 100 Hz as well. I also think it feels like a vibration at times. My perception of the hum do vary; today when I woke up it felt really low. Good that people have it go away. 
I would definitely be able to handle it compared to the high pitch in my left ear which is likely due to inner ear damage. Every day is a struggle.
