Hey Stuart. I've been struggling with dry eyes for most of 2022. First time I had this problem in my life. It's under control again now, more or less. There's a lot of things you can do for this. Do you have a lot of screentime?

I have had dry eyes for years. I once nearly crashed my car because of it. I found that eating smoked mackerel every week keeps my eyes OK but recently it has not been working as well as it usually does (for omega 3). Yes I do a lot of screentime. I do drink a lot of water.
