Tried them on last night for a few minutes and this morning again for a few minutes. It feels strange having white noise directly in your ear as opposed to from say your phone. It'll take some getting used to and im afraid of making my T worse. We shall see though :)

#update# Used them last night for about 10-15 mins very low white noise , took them out and felt my T was spiked higher pitched and a fullness feeling.Don't think I'll be using them again, will carry on with what I've been doing. Don't wanna risk a possible worsening.
