As an artisticly inclined person I've had a lot of ideas for this. The problem is that tinnitus can become so horrific that no artistic expression is going to be able to mask the sheer grotesque twisting of reality into a pure nightmare. Imagine a movie where you play the main characters tinnitus in the background through the full movie, just to make a point. Most people would leave in 15 minutes.

There seems to be plenty of famous people with tinnitus that have a wider platform for awareness but they don't seem to be very vocal about it except here and there. They are either habituated/no emotion about it or just get on with it. Who knows :-/.

1. Social norm. The guilt, shaming, embarrassment stigma, needs to be broken, for this to be taken seriously. Alike the stigma with mental health, which in last few years "famous" people like royal family, those in entertainment industry etc. encouraged society to open up, bring awareness and start contributing to.
