I did not start it yet, I do the initial brain mapping tomorrow then go from there. I spoke in depth with the woman who runs this program and asked a lot of questions. At this point, it sounds worth it especially since it is designed for tinnitus.

@Travis Henry I just read some of your story. I am so sorry. I was wondering if you've weaned off benzo yet? I will be off of Ativan by end of month. Been on .25mg a day for 2 mos. , I never took more than .5mg. I feel like it does nothing at this point so hoping an uneventful switch to off.
yeah im glad you are getting off them now, get off them asap and never get back on them ever. Worst drug ever, Ive been on them since May cause my parents forced me on them and i am doing horrible trying to taper off them. Killing me
@Travis Henry ugh I am sorry, do you think dosage increase was where it went wrong? Also, may want to consider looking into things to decrease neuro inflammation.
