Yesss! It's so weird that I didn't figure out my morse code was due to reactiveness until I was like 5+ months in. That explains why fans and most masking noises weren't helping. Keeping it quiet/normal life noise seems to be helping so much.

Yess definitely fans are my worst enemy lol definitely agree the more quiter the day is the less spikes I have. Ugh just sucks cause so much I wanna do! But I'm hopeful for both of us Sam! You're doing good Sam you have the right mindset to beat this ^.^

@Sammy0225 Thank you. You aswell. I've put in a lot of work tho.. had many days when I was so ready to be done and would just cry in bed. Mentally I'm like 50%+ better than i was even 3 months ago. Baby steps. We just need to give it time.

I know the feeling Sam I had 3 months of that as well I totally can relate. And I would say I'm the same about 50-60% better. Sam I wanted to ask.. when this all started for u did you try prednisone? If you did.. did u notice any changes? I'm kicking myself for not taking prednisone when I developed tinnitus

I notice some days the noises are almost all gone but then days where they all poke there ugly heads out including a hum tone

No I didn't try prednisone. I did mention it, but they wouldn't give me it. My noises are still pretty constant but I've gotten a lot better at ignoring them. They don't scare me like they used to.

My son even asked me last night if I still had tinnitus, I guess because I hardly mention it anymore. He still does tell me when a loud truck is coming and will say 'mom cover your ears'
