@Sammy0225 phew so glad that subsided. Listening to my air leak sound as I type this. If only I didn't have 4+ other sounds and that air leak hiss wasn't super reactive that became electric! I would do anything for 1-2 consistent sounds that don't change/aren't reactive.

@ErikaS oh yes the air hiss definitely has a electrical tone to it when it goes haywire is the worse. Don't give up hope I had 4 different tones going all off at once as well slowly they started fading away I have a low ring and the hiss. If you ask me I think the hiss is TTTS and I noticed when my anxiety is under control the hiss is more silent. If I can ask how reactive is your hiss? What sets it off?

@Sammy0225 I really hope some tones start fading in the next 2-3 months. I pretty much confirmed myself there is a higher freq difference/loss in my R ear compared to L, Around 13k and up. I hope that doesn't change my chances of sounds fading as opposed to having no difference. My hiss changes constantly but any constant sound seems to set it off.

@Sammy0225 what I really also don't like about it is that it goes from one ear to the other, then in both, and it can sound like electrical sand trickling in the middle of my head when it's in both ears (if that even makes sense). If there was one sound I could eliminate, this would absolutely be it.

I know exact what you mean! I have the exact same thing the hiss is more dominant in my left but sometimes it travels to my right ear and has a electrical current type feel to it. Like a zinging. Your one of the few i found who described what I have. Spikes feel like electrical ants crawling in my head

@ErikaS thankfully my hiss kinda stopped being reactive lately (knock on wood) I can mask or drown it out in the shower or when the faucet is running
