Please try hold on as long as you can. Take benzos if you have to. Get the hyperacusis surgery if you have to, exhaust every option before resorting to the extreme.

You're young and your life is priceless. Be positive and try to stay distracted if you can. I know head noise can be so annoying. I hope you have some good days to give you some hope.

Hey buddy, now that we are so closed to a cure with Susan Shore, we will see the device anytime soon. We all struggle even myself I thought really bad things this morning, but I wake up and went to work and I can't even hear my tinnitus. Please try to relax, search for help, I don't know where are you located but if you are in Germany call 988 please.

But before giving up please try every single options out there, medication, surgery, whatever it is but try everything before you think of giving up.
