@Sammy0225 Saw a neurologist today she doesn't believe in meds for tinnitus or tonic tensor tympani syndrome. Feel lost and idk how to go on I've seen so many specialists I'm losing all hope I'm crying everyday. The noises r too loud and it hurts to hear noises, I'm sick of all the vibrations in reaction to noise and idk who to see next. I cant cope the way it's going now. Wbu??

@Biaxca I'm sorry to hear that I know it's been two months of this is that correct? From reading your history I believe microsuction caused major inflammation to your ears. For most ttts usually calms down after your ears become more relaxed and so does the H. I don't wanna surgar Colt anything the first few months are bad but you gotta hang in there …

Right now you need to focus on your mental health as much as possible once your ears start relaxing the tones and ttts should start to calm down. Mine took 5 months to even start showing any signs of recovery so please hang in there and know this isn't forever things will get better as for me I'm getting over a sickness and dealing with H and ttts best as I can also

@Biaxca i would not recommend sound therapy just yet doctors will likely try to fit you with a hearing aid to mask your tinnitus and if it's still very reactive it can cause more harm then good. Your ears are already over stimulated and need time to relax if you need some type of masking try natural sounds and raise the volume slightly under your t never above it
