@ErikaS What type of vibrating? Does it sound like a low humming kinda like a car humming by outside or like a bee nest buzzing in the distance? Kinda like bass effect

@Sammy0225 most closely to something outside humming vibrating and I can hear/feel it. Wondering if it's ear muscles calming down/still hyperactive with no external noise present after having house noise for the day?
@ErikaS I also have this in my right ear I can hear it at this very moment. Very low vibrating in my right ear it sounds like a humming. Some ppl call it Drone humming. Sometimes it gets loud and I have to pin point if it's the AC humming from outside or my ear. This hum has baffled me I can't make sense if it's MEM or some form of tinnitus. It isn't constant mostly I hear it in quite inviorments never outside
@Sammy0225 thanks for explaining and asking, it wasn't there last night so not sure. I do think it's when my ear goes from noises to silent, it's like still hyperactive from noise and has to calm down or something, at least that's what it feels like because it's gone by morning
