Yes I have a electrical hiss that is mainly in my left ear but usually I feel it switching ears from one day to the next. It definitely is unsettling but I got use to it after some time.

If I could only show you pictures I had days where I would wake up punching the walls around me pulling and tugging at my ears till they bled. I crawled through hell man 3-4 months of torture sound after sound added. but ultimately came out stronger because of it. even through all that I still managed to pass a 150 question quiz to get my adjusters license. Opening a soda bottle and being blasted by air pressure yesterday but I know it's temporary and not letting the anxiety take over is the main goal someone told me when I was at my worst "this will be the hardest battle you ever fought but in the end you will overcome it"

@Jackson Brady For now I have left the silent protocol I recovered to a somewhat more stable form of reactive tinnitus that has become predictable on a daily basis. I've gone back to activities with my kids and frequent walks to the park. Sound therapy seems to be helping the reactivity. It's now taking loud sudden sounds to spike my T (85DB) to activate the reactivity.

I keep a controlled environment of 50-75DB and it remains at my almost non existent baseline anything above it will slowly start to cause reactivity
