so sorry to hear! What usually happens when you have a setback ?

@Sydney13 usually the next day my ears feel really sensitive and the hiss turns into a sharp reactive ring. I have to follow the silent protocol 5 or 7 days to get it back down

10 mins in a cafe did it for me. That'll teach me not to push through it :( should of left but wanted my Hot chocholate cause it was freezing lol

I'm so sorry to hear you're having such a rough setback :( I'm sure things will settle in a few days and you will be able to heal - from this, and from tinnitus altogether. Hang in there, we're all thinking of you <3
