Then again last night was the first night going down to 3.75mg Remeron after taking 7.5 for about 3-4 wks. I wouldn't think I'd experience stark change in T weaning down with such low dose for short amount of time? Any experience please let me know. Ugh, I hate this game!

@AnthonyMcDonald i have 4-5 other high pitched sounds as well as reactivity/spiking to simple noises. The hiss had become more intermittent than constant over the past 2-3 months, but because of a cold its back with a shrill vengeance. I too would do anything for just a constant hiss.
