@Artemis2K please lead me to where this is being discussed, my stem cell friend! :) I could be wrong, but with what growth factors have the potential to do, that's what makes me a huge advocate for exosome use with stem cells. Need to get down to that level to try to get the growth factor benefit.

@ErikaS IGF-1. Research on mammals outside of humans suggest it's capable of so much. Literally everything we could hope for. Stereocilia and support cell proliferation. Stereocilia and ribbon synapse repair. In other studies new ribbon synapse come with newly regenerated hair cells. I wish clinical research was focused on this alone.

@ErikaS I wrote about my recent curiosities in the "Maybe We Can Know More" thread. Anyway, IGF-1 is already FDA approved for certain ailments, although illegal in sports industry. For research purposes they can cost $100 per MG. I really, really wish we could convince an institute/uni to do a clinical study on this if it's so relatively inexpensive.

@ErikaS I played around with ChatGPT to see if it would agree with what I've theorized, and it echoed what I've believed from past research. Extremely interesting stuff.
