I've had 3 straight weeks of nothing but static. And some of those days I wouldn't even know I had tinnitus if I didn't already know I had it. Still cautious of my ears.

Static/hissing > throng ringing tone imo. It's like my own little white noise. I've gotten used to the change in life I'm just grateful at where I'm at from where I started. I'm okay with living a more chill life
I'm not scared of it getting worse at this point with normal sounds. I'm not anxious about noises making it worse like I used to. Is normal for it to be louder at some times of the day than other. And some days worse than others.
