Well, I hate to say it, but there's not much other than Susan Shore's device. All other stuff are 10 years away or more.

I completely agree that a cure will take ages to come but treatment shouldn't take that long to come out. I mean we're about to get a device that works no?

Yeah, Susan Shore's device will be a treatment, but as with any treatment, it will unlikely be able to help everyone (at best a 60% or so). So the rest are pretty much fu... I mean being left with no treatment for at least 10 years lol.
