Crappy sleep last night! a lovely winter cold made that happen :-/ high pitched all over the head so I gave up and went back to masking for the first time in over 2 weeks

@Strawberryblonde I have to take 50mg of Amitriptyline every night just to sleep or I won't sleep now because of this. I did have an excellent night sleep but I didn't wanna wake up, and then I don't wanna wake up I get anxiety, and then when I am awake- I'm depressed.
