What sleep medication do you use? Are you using masking to sleep?

@Strawberryblonde Amtriptiline 50mg. Usually works for me but for some reason last night it didn't.
@SarahMLFlemmer same here I tossed and turned all night. I took trazadone in college and it always worked for me. Started taking it again since I've gotten T but it's not working too good.
I take 10mg of Ambien .5 Xanax try think pleasant thoughts. 95% of the time I fall asleep in minutes.

@Ken219 I will probably end up taking a valium tonight with my sleep meds. I hate taking valium, but I think not sleeping is worse than the medicine.
@Ryan Scott yeah, I have Melatonin and can try some sleepy time tea, but if the Amtriptiline or Xanax can't knock me out, I don't know what will. I never had a sleeping problem before T.
@SarahMLFlemmer does the tea work pretty good?

@Strawberryblonde Are you only using sound at night? I am on Amtriptiline for sleep. Is there anything you might suggest that isn't ototoxic?
